Sound Healings with Peter & Connie
We have been facilitating Sound Healings together since 2017 and recently relocated to Tamborine Queensland.
We draw from our life journey to create a unique experience whether in a Yoga Studio, a retreat you are hosting or your home. We love nothing more than holding space and sharing the benifits of sound offering a place to connect, share and allow time for integration, questions, or sharing your experience.
We believe we are vibrating frequencies constantly searching for harmony, and innately respond to all sound vibrations that permeate our energy field, including the stressful ones.
A sound healing is benificial in not only calming, de-stressing and relaxing the mind and body, it can also shift emotional blockages.
By relaxing deeply and surrendering we allow our bodies to naturally connect with the harmonic resonance produced by the sound instruments.
Our journey begins with gentle breathing to relax, become present and feel deeply into self. Peter and Connie intuitively tune into the collective energy of the group to orchestrate a journey of sound inspired by all the participants, using a variety of instruments including Gong | Medicine Drums | Didgeridoo |Native American Flutes | Shruti Box | Crystal Bowls | Ocean Drum & Chimes.
Surrendering to this process allows the sounds to reach an inner depth.
